We absolutely adore this restaurant, and so do our out-of-town guests. Recently, we had family visiting who are big fans of Bamboo Express' food. They all thoroughly enjoyed the dinner we picked up from there. I live just down the street, and we order from here frequently. I have never had my order messed up, and the food is always piping hot and fresh. My personal favorite dish is the crab Rangoons. I usually go for the Mongolian Beef, which is loaded with meat and you can choose whether you want it spicy or not. My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Despite having visited multiple times before, this particular visit was not enjoyable. The food was cold and my family and I felt ill after eating. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience were all rated as a 1 out of 5. The price per person for dinner was between $10 and $20.

I ordered sushi tonight and decided to go with the tuna rolls. I got eight of them for my family and they were absolutely fantastic! The tuna was fresh, the pieces were big, and the rice and seaweed wrap were great. The service was friendly, polite, and extremely fast.

The food at this restaurant is excellent! The service is fast and friendly. The only problem is that sometimes our order is incorrect, but they always fix it. I believe this is because they are understaffed.
I have only ever got lo main and rice so I can only speak on those items. The rice is like any other fried rice. The lo main I enjoy, but the sauce tends to be practically overflowing or too little.

The staff member was rude and showed a lack of concern for the customers. The food was rated at 3, service at 1, and the atmosphere at 1.
Quality of food just isn't there. Sushi was an absolute no. Unfortunately family fare sushi tasted better.
