We had the goat dish and it was freaking amazing. The meat was very soft and tender, fell off the bones. The salad could use a little more dressing, I loved the dressing. The green sauce is pretty spicy, so handle it with care. The rice was really good and flavorful. It's a one man show, the owner is very kind and definitely knows how to churn out good dishes.
This is about as hole-in-the wall as you can get. Don't expect an extensive menu and any frills. We ordered one goat and rice with additional mixed meats to share between two and it was plenty of food. Flavourful food with tender meat. My first time with Somalian cuisine and I wasn't disappointed.

Really great food. Huge portions. Very flavorful. Came with entree, soup, really good tea, water bottle and a banana. Hole in the wall which is a good thing. Get the beef! Incredible food. Very spicy (if you want to make it that way. I didn?t) but damn! One of the best meals I?ve had in LA in a long time!!! And get the tea?.
