Long wait for 5 orders of pho to go. Waited 35 minutes. Not sure what to do if I order it via drive thru and have to sit there. It's hard core Asian stuff so look away for some cleanliness issue. Mainly I would guess this is the owner lady did an ad hoc food prep coming back from storage across the path in the same plaza. Marches right in grabbing door handles then proceed to make some sort of batched beverage (not milk teas). Extra tasty ?. 0 stars if possible.ALL WORKERS ARE TOO CHATTY, I waited 10 mins at the drive thru microphone, trying to grab someone's attention by screaming, honking my horn and when that didn't work, I drove up to the window, STILL attempted to wave down SOMEONE, waited another 10 minutes and was still trying to honk for someone's attention, NO ONE was doing their job in being aware they were working not there to talk and ignore drive thru. FINALLY after 20 MINUTES, I was fed up and got out of my car and knocked on the window. All of a sudden they noticed the LOUD KNOCK versus the 20 MINUTES OF HONKING. First service is rude. Specially the two older ladies. They always in a bad mood .They don't give you what you ask for. Is hard to communicate. No wonder they have less costumers. It has changed so much it was my favorite place. The food was great and I was willing to let their bad service slide. But it's been about a year that the food is not quite the same. I for sure will stop going.

I ordered 2 steamed pork buns 1 fried rice and 2 bbq pork sandwiches through DoorDash for pick up. Soon as I get home I take a bite out of one of the steamed buns... it was frozen on the inside both of them. I threw away the whole order. Why risk it ? I called to let them know that they sold me frozen pork buns and the lady said I don't know. ‍

Terrible service they got my order wrong they made me wait in the drive-through for 18 minutes the place looks horrible it's so dirty I recommend that you save yourself your money and your time.. rude rude rude

There are many chains of the same name but this place makes it better tastier dish than others. We drop by whenever there's no time to make food at home and this place never fails us.Food: 5/5

This BMC still has the deal but two baguette sandwiches and get one free. Service was fine and sandwiches were delicious! I'm not sure why they got such poor reviews ?

What happened to this place? Iced coffee filled with ice all the way up to the rim. 2 summer rolls an iced coffee all for $7.50. Pass on this place.
