Really disappointed in this restaurant. Rang up after an hour about our order not arriving. They said it’s not been cooked and should take 30/40 mins. But they weren’t rude. 50 mins later I’ve called up again and asked where our food is. This time spoke to a different woman who was nice. But said it’s out for del and they can’t tell me how long it will be. I asked if they could check with the driver. She then passed it back to the first woman I spoke who was quite rude and just it’ll be here in a few minutes. It’s been over 10mins now. Wouldn’t bother getting anything from here.
I placed an online order, and while everything initially went smoothly, my experience took a turn when I called to check on my order. The cashier responded rudely, insisting that it hadn't arrived and was quite dismissive. After an hour, I received a call informing me to come outside to pick up my food. I've never encountered such a rude and unkind person before. Since that day, just seeing this place makes me uneasy. Service: Takeout.
