Working away for my company I have been to numerous smokehouse style restaurants and can honestly say Bare Grills was the clear winner so far. I visited with my family on a personal meal not funded by my employer and it was a group choice to visit this restaurant. I had been to the same location some years ago probably 2015 when it used to be owned by Grillstock. The location is Clifton Triangle and luckily the West End multistorey car park had just re-opened after a lengthy closure £3 for 2 hours . Small, but with a pleasant vibe. Not the cheapest, but the portion sizes are impressive and it tastes really good. Burgers are £10-£14 (many of them are double burgers), but chips are an extra £3. Best deal was the Tower (see photo), which was 2 mini burgers, chicken wings, full ribs, loads of chips, corn on the cob, etc. Which was about £18-20 each for 2-3 people. However, they also have an eating challenge (see photo), 1 hour to eat a long list of items. If you succeed, its free, else it's £45.
Amazing food and the waiter was really friendly but we thought the chef was so rude! We heard him literally shout at the waiter for putting through our starters to which the guy came back and said it all had to come out together. Maybe make sure your customers can't hear you whoever you are. You sounded like a right a knob and is the reason you don't get a full 5 stars. Oh and the ribs were dry. Apart from that the brisket was to die for.

Oh wow! The food is amazing! I was in a food coma when I left ....the food is just beyond words, melt in your mouth steak, the burgers are the best I've ever tasted and everything else just perfect. The staff are polite, great at their jobs and so friendly we gave a tip. We will 100% be back to enjoy again soon. Thank you! from Dave C and me.
First time visiting...10/10 food was delicious! Would definitely recommend and will return in the future. The only negative thing is the restaurant is quite small so if visiting with babies/children bare in mind there's probably only room for 1 pushchair or a high chair. The staff was also very nice.
The restaurant is small with a rustic internal look. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious. The service was also excellent. We had the Mississippi Prawns with salad and fries along with BBQ chicken wings. The portions were generous. My Little Ms Sunshine cocktail was tasty.
beautiful eating, great service. I couldn't eat all my food away too much my burger was huge, dirty pommes were lush. small in the inner great if they don't like crowded places. very busy I recommend to keep in mind as people have turned away as they were fully booked all night.
