Most Luscious Ice Cream on the Planet. Praise the heavens that good quality ice cream is finally available on the Mt Lawley cafe strip.Adorable brand spanking new shop conveniently located next to Nandos...my two loves, side by side! The Baskins staff are super helpful and supremely patient, they gave us dozens of free sample tastes to help us make the agonising decision of what to choose from their ever-changing selection of 31+ flavours.Massive thumbs up from me to tiramisu, mint choc chip and pralines n cream; while the kids' favoured hokey pokey, strawberry yoghurt (it's healthy! and cotton candy. They have low fat and dairy free too so there's something for everyone. Oh, and the waffle...
Small and very limited seating, parking is a nightmare at best of time. We ordered an ice cream birthday cake for our little one. Everything was good in order, decoration was slightly damage. Packaging could be a bit better design. Apart from that very good tasting; not overly sweet. Another year and another cake for my 6th years old. Despite the mishap with early payment, the staff was very pleasant and everything went to plan. Thank you Baskin Robbins.
Most people know that Baskin Robbins has a flavor for just about everybody. But in a new twist they now offer giant waffle cones that have been chocolate lipped and encrusted in nuts. No more boring cones. With the new waffle cone my favorite flavors are a choc/nut waffle cone with one scoop of mango and one scoop of macadamia icecream... delicious !!
Went here after dinner one night a couple of months ago. Food wise it's just like any other Baskin Robbins place. The service though, made it a really strange experience. The girls were abrupt, didn't seem like they wanted to be there and spoke to me like I was one of their classmates. And staff members in casual clothes? Hair out? What's with that? there was one cashier who was so lovely and gave me a great experience at baskin robbins, i’ve seen him for a while and he makes this place my safe haven. his name is daniel oatham and i genuinely believe he should get a pay raise or a special mention. he’s also quite cute as well
I went there the other day and experienced excellent customer service, the staff were polite, friendly and chatty and the ice cream was delicious and cheap for that wonderful experience! will come back for more soon

Great flavours and creamy ice-cream. this is my favourite ice-cream. Not that cheap, but it is quality ice-cream for sure. If busy you need to be patient as only one staff member.
