absolutely terrible service. an hour early. at this place at 21:00 clock. I stole my nieces and neffen to get ice. the 2 girls who worked there refused to give ice. betraying the chief, she informed her to clean up the business and close an hour early. very rude and uncomfortable for our family. the one who said they were closing at 10 and they cleaned up everything for an hour.
I ordered an ice cream cake and was disappointed on the results. The image on top was so dark and blurry. Once I tried to get a refund from the picture I asked to put on the cake, they said, “Well, next time use a better picture”. Like really? I got my refund for the picture but so unnecessary. So rude. Won’t come back.
Very friendly workers and an overall maintained environment. Often times though, you will find customers who don't know how to behave because of their outrageous arrogance or misplaced common sense. People really need to learn respect! Overall, an amazing place!
Family Tuesday night on has been going on for over a year except for tonight. Was not informed while ordering that this store no longer participated in Family Night on Tuesday nights. They just lost a loyal customer.
Every time I go in there Claudia Garcia and Maggie Murrilo they are so helpful. Very clean store excellent cake decorating. They are very kind to my children.
They gave me and my friend cone that wasn't fully cook on the bottom.Then very little options of ice cream I don't really recommend it.
