I love Baskin Robbins ice cream, and during my recent visit, I tried the Jamoca almond fudge peanut butter chocolate flavor with hot fudge and whipped cream. The ice cream was delicious, as always. However, my experience was marred by slow service. There was only one person working behind the counter, and it took over 10 minutes for me to be served. When I ordered a two-scoop ice cream sundae, the employee seemed inexperienced and unsure of how to make it. It was disappointing that such a well-known chain would leave a new employee alone without proper training. This Dunkin/Baskin Robins is 24 hours which is awesome since it's right next to the Syosset train station. My husband and I had a late night ice cream craving, and this hit the spot. When we walked in, the store was empty. There was one guy behind the counter, and he walked over to us as soon as he saw us looking at the ice cream. He was friendly, and said hello (this is not very common at this location). We ordered our ice cream and paid. The employee told us to have a great night, and we were on our way. This is the most pleasant experience I've ever had at this location. Typically we are rushed to order, and are barely talked to. This location is very convenient, and clean.
The service at this restaurant is terrible. I ordered a cake online for a special event and ended up waiting nearly an hour because they couldn't locate the cake. Despite making me wait, they did not have the cake ready or available and refused to refund my credit card. I will never visit this location again. The service was awful.
This Baskin Robbins is a great spot that is consistent with the chain's standard of cleanliness. They offer all the classic menu items, as well as a Dunkin Donut counter where you can purchase coffee and donuts.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a birthday cake from this restaurant! They had a fantastic selection and the staff was incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning!
Have had multiple bad experiences here. They have gotten orders wrong, stale donuts and sometimes completing order you place.
