This Baskin-Robins USED to be good, with decently-intelligent staff that spoke fluent English. Now, the new staff barely understand basic ice cream market terms (like toppings , which isn 't some made-em-up word, but a KNOWN term for anything that goes on icecream, used for DECADES! Whenever I go to this location I order a medium hot chocolate, 9/10 times I receive some random drink order or watered down hot chocolate powder. Disgusting and embarrassing that this has been happening for years now and I'm officially going to Starbucks from now on.
