If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. The server, Rupee, who attended to my daughter and me during our ice cream outing, loudly voiced her disdain for making banana splits while we were right there enjoying one she had just prepared for us. She also kept making faces at another staff member when we ordered hot fudge, claiming the machine wasn't functioning. When we asked for chocolate syrup, she again made a face towards her coworker. Her rudeness made us feel very uncomfortable. I will never return to this location. Our mother-daughter ice cream date was completely spoiled.
Third time's the charm! I visited three Baskin-Robbins locations that night, and here's how it went: The first one was closed, the second had an unmotivated employee who didn't provide any service, but at the third location, everything was just right! I finally got what I wanted—a hand-packed quart with half pralines and cream and half Oreo. It was late, but the lady who assisted me was so friendly. I even ended up giving her a $5.00 tip!
Went to get ice cream 10pm drive thru, after waiting 10 minutes the girl answered, I asked for pistachio ice cream she said they dont have it. Ok no biggie, asked for rocky road another no, frustrating but ok then asked for butter pecan and that was out as well. So I left went to another br in berwyn...well that one was worse. Read that review
Please retrain your employees especially the night crew. I was denied my daiquiri ice. I am not able to eat regular ice cream due to my Galactosemia and not all Baskin Robins have daiquiri ice. The customer is always right. You lost a customer. I guess my money isn’t good enough. Maybe the employee was too lazy?

The access road behind the restaurant has substantial potholes that have been present for months. Drive carefully, as they could potentially harm your vehicle. While the service is satisfactory, it’s important to remain mindful of the hazardous potholes.
This place is DIRTY. I saw the employee who was making my drink, drop some ice on the floor and use her hand which just touched money pick the ice up and put it back in the drink. GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If you don't want to get sick, go somewhere else.
This is a fantastic place to indulge in delicious ice cream, but I would love for them to include some frozen yogurt as a healthier alternative.
It was just average. The restaurant was clean, but the staff wasn't unfriendly; they just lacked a welcoming or friendly attitude.
