This is a run of the mill unfriendly over priced ice cream shop. I will not return and will just buy some good ole fashion blue bell if I want ice cream. The staff was not friendly and the ice cream was way too sweet. We could not sit inside and had to get it to go which defeated our purpose of going to get ice cream. Overall we had a poor experience and it is a 1 and done place. The staff seemed to not even want to be there.
Came with a couple deals that were available on the app. When we got to the checkout, the female worker scanned both our phones and later stated that she had to do the transactions separately. At that time we had already clicked that we claimed the code on the app and now the deal was gone. Told the worker that the deal was gone now and she just stared at us and said she couldn’t do anything about it.
The restaurant staff ignored the door-to-door delivery orders, leaving customers waiting with no acknowledgment of their order. It turns out, the restaurant has a tablet-based system for online orders, but they only receive notifications rather than the actual order details. This led to confusion and delayed service for customers like me.
I was very disappointed in going in to get a smoothie and being told they stop making them after 9:30pm and we walked in at 9:30 and by the time they even acknowledged us it was 9:33pm. So we ended up leaving. I know we have been there before after 9:30 and have had them made so I feel they just didn’t want to wait on me and my son. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Please bring back the chocolate powder at Deer Park. The journey to El Dorado in Clear Lake is quite far. I have always loved Baskin-Robbins and have been enjoying their ice cream for years.
I always enjoy the variety of flavors available in the ice cream at this restaurant. It can be difficult to choose just one flavor because they are all so good.
First visit 1/20/22. Clean restaurant. Prompt service. Large variety of ice cream flavors toppings.
