I really dislike having to leave such a negative review, especially since my previous visits have always been met with outstanding customer service. However, my experience today was quite disappointing. One of the employees, Amber, was rude both while taking my order and at the pickup window. She wrongly accused me of not ordering correctly and, when I approached the window, it felt like she was unfairly blaming me for the misunderstanding. Her attitude was abrasive, and after placing the blame on me, she curtly asked if I wanted her to make the order again. Parking lot and drive thru very awkward. High prices but usually seems high quality. I don’t visit regularly but when I do it’s usually to get a blast, chocolate fudge ice cream if available, or an ice cream cake on occasion. Sometimes the cake part is a little uneven or short, mostly ice cream. One time when I asked why cake sometimes was thinner shorter, the reply was that’s how it’s meant to be. It wasn’t that way the first time I got one.
Went to this establishment inside their business hours and I was told by two girls that sounded like they were in high school that they were closed. I asked their hours twice to no response over the drive thru speaker.They turned the lights open sign off that was on when I pulled up to then put the lights open sign back on when I pulled out of the parking lot.
Show up at 9pm on a Sunday. Hours posted say they close at 10:00pm. There are clearly employees inside with lights on sitting down on the floor hanging out. If you drive a larger vehicle like a truck or just have a car with a poor turn radius don't bother, the drive thru is a very very sharp U turn.

I recently visited the restaurant for a milkshake, and the young lady recommended a fantastic flavor! Her service was outstanding!
