This is one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins locations. It has a spacious interior with plenty of seating. The staff was friendly and truly focused on customer service. I'd especially like to give a shoutout to Andy. I ordered a Take-Home Kit via the app just before closing time, and when I arrived five minutes after they had closed, Andy was still there waiting for us. I was really impressed by this level of service. Keep up the great work!
Gave 2 of the smallest ice cream scoops I 've ever seen. I 've never been to such a cheapskate Baskin Robbins. When asked why the ships scoops were so small they said that 's just how big our scoops are which is BS, all other Baskin Robbins I 've been to give twice as much. Never coming back to this location.
This place consistently disappoints. My orders are always incorrect, and they tend to close 15 minutes early. Their customer service leaves much to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend it if you enjoy ice cream.

This is undoubtedly the worst Dunkin' Donuts location I've encountered. Even if you repeat your order to the staff member at least four times, there's still a good chance it will be messed up.
Always nice employees and they try hard to get to everyone. It's a Dunkin/Baskin combo store so they have to bounce between both sides. Most of the time they do pretty well.
Bad customer service, long wait time and for my drink to just be milk , plus they had forgot about half my order still

The service was poor and disorganized. My hot chocolate had more of a watery taste than chocolate.
