The service here has really gone down hill recently. Young workers that just seem like they don’t know what they’re doing. Very slow and laid back. I was served by Ralph, I hope this review encourages whoever is in charge to train their employees more throughly. I used to really enjoy coming here, I’ve been a customer since 05 and always loved the personable experience with the former owner Alice. Hopefully they are able to bring their standards back up in this establishment.
Sometimes you just gotta bypass the bourgie BS and go with the classic. I haven't been here in YEARS, but am so glad we ended up here. To my surprise, there were lots of contemporary creative flavors (mango, pineapple/coconut, beach day), large portions and great prices. The line was basically out the door and the wait was long since they only had one person working this early Friday evening, but it was worth the wait and service was pleasant.
Came in with my daughter and had a wonderful experience. Staff was so kind, answered her questions, seemed genuinely happy to be there. Everything was clean and even the no -dairy flavor tasted fresh (not true for all ice cream shops! . I was so happy to see that they will not be leaving with all the construction going on. Going to be back soon. Worth a visit!
I ordered two creatures of salted fudge (non-dairy) in a waffel bowl and muah! it's soou good! yes it is just as creamy and savory as a salted fudge traditional egg! However, I was very, extra disappointed that I could not type my ice cream type after a payment with card, let them collect these workers tips at any payment opportunity baskin robins! Great yummy? vibes. Team was so helpful friendly. Even when I accidentally ordered a cone instead of the dipped bowl ? they still was polite friendly thnx guys?
Rude staff even though we are frequent customers. Scoop size is ridiculously small and getting smaller every time.
The second sundae was not made correctly and didn't have toppings or enough ice cream

"Best Hot Dog I've had since i left NYC. Fat, juicy and perfectly spiced. Amazing Sauerkraut as well. Chicken grilled pita and another chicken sandwich were outstanding. Really good meal enjoyed by all."
