They wanted donuts, so I gave them donuts. Stepping in to Dunkin' at 5:50a.m., on a Sunday morning, these two ladies managed the line of four other customers efficiently. I was surprised by how many people were coming and going at that time of the day. I thought it would only be me. It's New York, I should know better. I'm not a fan these days of donuts, so only tasted a small piece of the Coconut. It was fresh and moist. Fam was happy with the sweet treat added to the this days Family Sunday Morning Breakfast, and that's what counts. Thanks Dunkin'! Hours: 24/7
I ordered through mobile order and they took more then 20 min to give me my last drink which at first was done wrong and I had to wait again for them to make it. Once I got my drink it was old they explained that there machine wasn't working properly so I asked for a refund which they gave me. But then I get home and the other drink I ordered had a fly in it. Which is disgusting because I had already drank the drink and just say the fly by the ice. I need to be compensated because this is disgusting.
I spent over $6 for what should have been two scoops of ice cream. I usually visit this neighborhood Baskin-Robbins because the service is generally good, but the portion size for the ice cream is disappointing. I would prefer to go elsewhere where I can get better value for my money; this is just ridiculous. Take a look at the picture and judge for yourself.
The food was terrible. They served cold hash browns and stale jelly munchkins. I was waiting for my mobile order for about 20 mins. Throughout my 20 mins there, there were countless complains on their orders. Clearly, the good reputation fell short.

this Dunkin shop is so unprofessional, the workers are so rude and disrespectful, they either give you the wrong order or you never get it at all
I'm not sure of the name of the young lady who assisted me this morning at 6:30, but she provided one of the best experiences I’ve had.
Place has gone downhill most orders are incorrect you always have to wait an extraordinary amount of time find another coffee shop.
The staff and customer service are excellent, particularly thanks to Dimple, who is a wonderful team member!
