After reaching out to customer service, the manager called to inform me that he would honor my coupon. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it to the store in time, and ultimately, I ended up losing the coupon. I’m giving an extra two stars for the manager's kindness in calling me and his attempt to honor the coupon. However, if you're a member of the Baskin-Robbins birthday club, I advise against visiting this location to redeem your coupon.

The service was excellent, and they had plenty of vanilla available. However, I opted for something else. There was no line, but it took them about 20.5 seconds to notice me once I entered the store. After I received my chocolate chip ice cream, I found just ONE pecan in it. I'm not actually allergic to pecans, but I really don't care for them, so it's almost like being allergic for me. Aside from that oversight, the ice cream was tasty but way too cold for my preference. On the other hand, my whipped cream was too warm. Now, I've got a brain freeze!
I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough sundae, but it was disappointing. The fudge was not warm, and the cookie dough pieces in the center tasted incredibly stale, crumbling into dust when I bit into them. It was quite unappetizing. I had to concentrate on the ice cream around it instead. I paid over $7 and ended up wasting about half of it since it felt like a waste of calories. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Baskin-Robbins, and I won’t be returning to this location.
Why haven’t I reviewed this place before? Yes, that’s right—I come here often and I usually come alone. No judgment, please; I just really love my mint chocolate chip ice cream, with two scoops, of course! This place is fantastic. If you ever can't find me, I’m probably hiding out here. They also make cakes, and you definitely need to give them a try!

Wonderful service! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I've been there several times, and the women who work there are exceptionally accommodating. They patiently let you take your time while making your selections. Overall, it has a warm and inviting atmosphere with outstanding service, and the ice cream is particularly delicious!

I had an exceptional experience at Baskin Robbins, thanks to a staff member named Jennifer. It was my first time trying their ice cream, and she generously let me sample several flavors, which was fantastic. Her outstanding work ethic really stood out, and I believe she deserves a raise!

Terrible store! Management needs better employees, we try to go buy some ice cream 20 min before they closed 9:40 and they didn’t want to open their door even though their sign stated they were still open and on google it shows they close 10 pm not 9 or 9:30!
I arrived 10 minutes before closing time (at 9:50 PM) and noticed the open sign was on, but the doors were locked.
