Baskin-robbins - Tisch reservieren

Went in today and saw a lady that told me she is the janitor named Layla, she washed her hands and dried it on the cloth that she was using to wipe the tables and held with dustpan. After serving ice cream the customers she picked up the same cloth and continued to clean tables. Very nasty and not sanitary. This person named Layla needs to be reported to head office. The time this took place was 9:45pm on July 25, 2023 hopefully they go back and check the cameras.

Clean store. Service is terrible. No greeting, no Thank you.We got 5 cups for a party and asked for a bag and were handed a bag. I have no problem bagging my own stuff but that's not what customer service is about.

The employees need to learn how to deal with customers. They are the worst. We were there with the family and asked them for the samples for the kids.... it was big deal for the employee.

My family and I love the ice cream cakes from Baskin Robbins. Especially the Jamoca Almond Fudge

Good as usual. I recommend the flavour of the month: the dragonfruit and strawberry one
