This was my second visit to Baskin-Robbins tonight, and while this location was open, when I tried to order ice cream, I was told they were already cleaning up and throwing things away by 1:30 am. So, no dairy ice cream was available—only coffee. What a letdown!
I stop in the drive thru for a milkshake ???? they couldn't serve me, because to make the milkshake there where going to take much time. It wasn't nobody else behind me. Waiting for anything. I'm very disappointed ????. I'm stopping coming to thislocation.
So I ordered a strawberry and pistachio shake and the lady told me that they couldn't mix the two. It was either one or the other. This is the only Baskin I've been to that has told me this . How hard is it to mix two flavors ???????
The service at Baskin-Robbins is outstanding, with very friendly staff. The only drawback is that they sometimes run out of ice, and management could enhance the experience by ensuring items are restocked before they run out. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
There was no proper counter service, only rude remarks from a disrespectful employee with a neck tattoo who stared at me while I waited at the counter. It seemed like the manager was intimidated by him.
