This should be a top priority for all stores, not just Baskin-Robbins. My girlfriend visited this location for a Sunday Funday ice cream, and what she received was a completely different flavor that had "PEANUTS" in it, specifically with Reese's cup pieces. She asked the staff member present if it contained peanuts, just to be sure. The employee seemed uncertain and hesitated, giving the impression she wasn't confident in her answer. If you're unsure, it's important to ask someone else rather than taking a risk and potentially endangering someone's health.
This is the worst baskin-robbins I've been to!! If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Online and sign on the window say they close the lobby 8pm and the drive-thru 10pm, yet I had to knock on the window for them to open the door. There were three employees in the lobby, and one of which was laughing that I had noticed them. Not sure how this location remains open because their customer service is ridiculous!! Drive to another location and don't waste your time and money at this one!
How does this place stay open? Seriously. I ordered a custom ice cream cake for a 50th birthday 3 days ago. When I went to pick it up at the selected day and time, they said not only could they not find my order, but that the cake lady hadn 't been in for days. What??? They did refund me and I ended up with a sad, generic cake for a 50th birthday. Ridiculous.
I can’t even tell you what flavors they have available at this location. They were out of vanilla ice cream and just about any other flavor. When I asked for rainbow sprinkles they only had red. They don’t have soft serve despite it being advertise in the drive-thru. I definitely will make the drive to another location or pick a different ice cream spot.

Well, i don't want to say anything too much. One star review should be more enough than what i should say. Look at the picture of my $41 ice cream cake we made online order two weeks ahead. And by the time we pickup the cake, i was almost heart attack. I think my 4 years old daughter can do a better cake than this.
Every time I visit this place, they're out of the standard flavors. Additionally, the portion of ice cream in my brownie sundae keeps shrinking. Today, when I opened my sundae, there was more hot fudge than ice cream, and I couldn't return since they were closed. My mouth feels dry from the lack of ice cream.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. They close at the most random times when on the website it says they close at 10:00pm EVERYDAY. this is the second time I've been there and each time I pull up to the drive through at 8 pm they tell me they are closed. do better.
This franchise should take inventory daily to ensure they have a substantial amount of ice cream. I asked for three different items and they were out of each one, down to bananas for a smoothie. This was very disappointing.

There were no bananas, no brownies, and no waffle cones. What was the purpose in them opening. They always lacking in something.
