The experience was decent, though not impressive. The service was average but rather slow; I waited around 8-10 minutes before a male employee came to take my ice cream order. There was only one staff member initially, and a second arrived to assist later, which may be related to pandemic-related staffing challenges. The first female employee didn’t greet me or inform me that I would need to wait. She seemed occupied with drive-through orders, so I understand the delay, but it does reflect their overall operation. Overall, it’s a typical establishment that could benefit from hiring more staff. I would rate it 3 out of 5.

I absolutely love the Cappuccino Blast from there! However, it does come with whipped cream, which I’m not a fan of. So, I usually ask for cinnamon (which is included) and substitute the whipped cream for cherries. It would be great if they didn't charge me 79 cents for a cherry, though.

I went for ice cream at 6 PM, but the lobby was closed. I was informed that the drive-thru was still open, so I drove through only to be told that they were closing the entire store because the employee was tired. They didn't acknowledge the incorrect information I had received.
