Okay, I finally just need to review this place, not that they probably need it. Every time I go in looking for cheese it is simultaneously the bougiest and most down-to-earth experience. These guys KNOW their product! I once took in a list of aged ciders and asked for cheese to pair with them. No surprise that everything recommended was an exact and perfect complement to the ciders in question. Every time I leave, I legit have a stupid grin on my face and am thinking “gosh, I love that place.” So yeah, they probably don't need my review. But I figure I owe it to them for all the samples I’ve eaten over the years…
These guys were awesome. We rolled up ten minutes before closing, thinking we'd just have some cheese and stand around outside, but no, they took care of us. They know their cheese, they care about their cheese, and they care about you enjoying the cheese. If you like cheese and are in Des Moines, check this place out.
Went in to get some cheese to make Beer Cheese Soup. The staff was extremely helpful, taking their time to suggest cheeses and let us try some. They even recommend a beer to try, and we got that as well.

Great hidden little spot in Des Moines. Excellent selection of cheese,meats,and wine. Definitely check it out when you can you won’t be disappointed!!! The staff is awesome as well.
The sandwich is the best in Des Moines. The flavors are rich and well-balanced. They also have my favorite cheese from Milton Bakery. Plus, the chef and staff are really friendly!
Incredibly delicious with an excellent variety. Kind staff and great service. Try the homemade pimento cheese it is excellent!
