Israeli food is one of my favorites the fresh salads and seared proteins all seasoned to perfection with spices and high quality olive oil are the stuff of gods. It's one of the cuisines correlated with the longest life span so maybe there really is something to it and if eating falafel is treating my body like a temple then give me a lifetime supply of it.This is a casual cafe where you order and pay at the register and bus your own table. I just had an absolutely delightful experience at Batata. We ordered falafel platters, which the staff kindly divided into original and sweet potato varieties. We enjoyed our meal at one of the charming outdoor tables. The platters featured velvety, garlicky homemade hummus, excellent pickled vegetables, and some truly fantastic homemade pita. Since it was happy hour, I treated myself to a delicious $6 glass of white wine, while my daughter enjoyed some refreshing watermelon juice. I will definitely be returning! pretty good lebanese!! trays have a lot of choices, and the summer watermelon juice is to DIE for. watch out for the mint lemonade, its strong enough to destroy your taste buds for the next 30 hours

This is a go-to for me, I adore falafel and they do it well; their fries are perfection, and I am in love with their smoothies. Love this place!
