The was hot and I needed to cool down and so I decided to visit the Ice Creamery. This was my first job when it was called the Great Australian Ice Creamery and that was a long time ago, but I am happy to say that they are still the best place to go for Ice Creams on a hot day, or infact any day. I sat by the window and pondered my day with my 3 favourite choices of ice creams, Macadamia Nut, Rum and Raisin and Bubblegum. It was heaven and took me back to my childhood days. The ice Creams were yummy and just melted in my mouth. I then decided to have a nice cappuccino to finish on then I was ready to go and conquer my shopping. This place was very average the coffee was terrible did not enjoy the coffee at all, the young girl making it was very rude and rather slow at making the coffee...we ordered 4 SMALL coffee's and it took her around 20minutes!! seriously people have things to do!Having to pay an extra $1.00 for honey instead of sugar is a shame! Wont be back guys!
Came to this place several times while on our family holiday over Christmas & I must say the ice creams are delicious & their iced coffees are very refreshing. Only downfall is the floors & tables inside are dirty & sticky. It's a very busy place & under staffed other then that its a good place to treat your kids & yourself!
Daughter and I called in here on a road trip late one night and it was a high light of the trip. Not only was the ice cream amazing the couple were so nice. The gentleman joked and laughed gave as advice and suggestions in the ice cream flavours. Lovely little business wish we could of tried the crepes - next time.

This was quite a good ice creamery. Lots of different ice creams to choose from. Exactly the same flavours that you're used too from all the ice creamery's but then they had some home made and Ben and Jerry's as well. Plenty to choose from here and straight across the road from the bay! Great location.
Good selection of ice cream and gelatoThere's a great timber seating area across the road by the water to sit at. The staff were great - handing us samples to try and offering recommendations for flavour combos. The kind of fun experience you'd expect in an ice creamery
An abundance of flavours to choose from and very delicious. Really want to come back for the crepes Really want to come back for the crepes they are my one indulgence. Also I might add they offer a number of different sizes to suit every ones needs.
It's close to home and that's good. The food is not as good as other Whataburgers around the city. Not sure why the meat always tastes off to me.

How can you go wrong with Ice cream! So creamy, yummy, staff are great! Centrally located, I can't say much more, I just love ice cream!
