We were delighted to be able to return to our favourite restaurant in regional NSW after five months of lockdown. Sandbar seemingly reaches new heights every...visit. We had to pinch ourselves that we were in Batemans.
Each course was beautifully presented and displayed a creative use of local ingredients. Sashimi kingfish was delicious as was chicken in bresciola served with lobster bisque. Delicious desserts with a balance of confection, fruit and chocolate. A memorable gastronomic experience.
Warm, comfortable friendly atmosphere with a charming Waitress. Food was delicious with refined flavours beautifully plated. Thank you for a special dining experience celebrating the birthday of a family member.
