We knew the establishment for a very long time when Mr. Baud managed it. We have not returned since January 2020 because of the pandemic. Wishing to make a good meal, we reserved a table. Arriving at the hotel, surprise: more map. you choose the menu price and the chef decides. new concept for regional products and fresh products. example on the menu that day: daurade??? . we did not like this new concept, had a thought for m. baud and we left. it would have been correct to notify when booking this new concept.
We were surprised by the surprise menu that was not up to the gastronomic pretender of this establishment, and to crown it all, excessively expensive for the contents of the plates. Very disappointed with the new concept. No more tablecloth, no fun mouth ect.. )01/05 01/05
The new concept of the surprise menu is very pleasant, I loved it very much! The different dishes were delicious and the various wines accompanied were very well chosen. The servers were more than pleasant. Very happy with the evolution of the restaurant.
