first I would like to say how helpful and nice toni and archie were, they were helpful during the meal. (I hope I have blown their names properly, apologise if I had not done it). they treated themselves with rude, screaming customers and treated it very well, although none of the complaining were their fault. I have given it stars as there is a high waiting period due to an extremely busy evening off food, all tables were full,) the staff fully warned eating would be a because; That was good with us. the personal was very apologetic about the waiting period. eating was as always very good. many thanks to bayhorse staff, decent eating, we will be back.
Visited New Years Eve Day. Posters up saying no food being served. Myself and my son tried different beers. We returned of them, sour, and left most of the and the pub. Large groups of people were coming and turning away in...disbelief. Seemed totally disorganised, a mess. Hopefully it's improved now. I just seem to have had a bad experience here the past few visits.
Has the management changed? Seemed a little bit less organised than previous visits staff quite rude and rushed even tho no one else was waiting to be served not really any customer service sever behind the bar didnt know what drinks or really interesting helping...me choose I’ve been coming ere a long time and food especially the steak was full of gristle
Only been in this pub a couple of times before, today was a pleasant experience, the staff were very welcoming, I had an rump, my sister had the Italian chicken, both were fantastic, compliments to the chef, all round, we will both be...back next week for certain, I think we have found our new local, thank you bay horse staff

spoke to the chef at the end of his layer, which was eating was fantastic, I think his name was, the atmosphere in the pub has certainly taken up, overall eating is amazing, attention was excellent from the bar staff, prices were not too bad...and the overall feeling of the place is now brilliant, will come back
Came here with family as a treat. The menu was really varied and the quality of the food was fabulous xx well presented x the waiting on staff and bar staff were really friendly. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the whole pub and the...toilets. Definitely worth a visit from me x
very dry place needs brightening inside and outside. Eat served hot and some not cooked by. soggy twill rings. chips very hard and tasteless. was not happy with eating at all. had we not been in a hurry, I would have sent him. a meal was not even touched.
Visited with family last saturday of us pub was very busy and the staff and food was outstanding the chef must of been very busy at this time and did a very very good job with are food.(well done chef we will all be coming...back ..

Good quality food, speedy service and very friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere and was welcomed with smiles from each member of staff. Very helpful to any questions we had and would definitely visit again.
