We supplied the venue with equipment in April, May, June and a bit of July 23 total about £1400 we havent been paid in full yet, its now Nov 23. We keep being told its on this weeks payment run and well be paid tomorrow but we never get paid. We recived £500 after doing some investigation work and contacting the area manager with the promice of the rest being paid which hasnt been done. When i call to chase the outstanding debt, just short of £1000 now I get verbally assulted by Kate the manager who says she dosent need to pay and if keep calling she will call the police and report me for harassment. The pub had a pleasant atmosphere in the bar area. It was very quiet as we were the only diners present. They provided high chairs, which was convenient, and even allowed our dog inside. The drinks and food arrived promptly, but unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. It tasted as if it had been reheated or cooked in the microwave. The burger was decent, but the curry and kids' meal were not enjoyable, so we ended up leaving them unfinished.
