We travel several times a year to visit family and often choose to stay here because it's conveniently located just off the interstate and not far from their home. We've consistently had a wonderful experience during our stays. Courtney, the front desk representative, was exceptionally friendly and professional. The room was impeccably clean. To my pleasant surprise, Courtney called us shortly after we checked in to ask if the room met our satisfaction – a first for us! My husband and I both have trouble with stairs, so we requested a room on a lower floor, which was accommodated. The staff was friendly...The room was dirty- fake nails on the bathroom floor, floors were quite gross not mopped or atleast properly, my young child found a thumb tack in the carpet thank God we didn't step on that mess! The pool has black mold growing in the grout at the deep end the window in our room literally has green mildew growing on themLocation was good though. They need to DEEP clean and do some pool work it could be a great hotel!
Shavon was the most amazing and accommodating employee ever. Every need she went about and beyond. She was great!! Amazing lady she made my stay great!

Shavon is always incredibly helpful! I had a few issues with my room, and she promptly moved me to another one and came by to check on us afterward.
The place has been beautifully restored. The staff was friendly, and our room was comfortable and spacious. Parking facilities were excellent.
Gnats everywhere in the room. So definitely don’t recommend eating in your room. Makeup was on my blanket . Baymont in Beaumont is a lot
A good place to stop during a road trip. Nice people, good coffee, nice pool and grounds. Clean rooms.
