Paid 2,620.50 for 2 rooms was supposed to have balcony. They booked us in a room with foggy windows that don't even open. Then when we ask for the room we booked they charged my card another 700.00 for the upgrade. 3208.01 for 4 nights. That highway robbery. And everything in the resort closes early. For a older Resort this is ridiculous.
It was an older hotel but the rooms were everything that we needed and the beds were extraordinarily comfortable. The staff is what made this a 5+. They were the most friendly staff that we have experienced on our travels, from the front desk attendants to the house staff down to Joe in the parking lot. We will definitely stay here again.

Sloppy Joe's was the real deal if you can't make it to Key West! We have been to the one in Key West many times and this is a great replica!
