My boyfriend and I sat the bar. The waiter was constantly on his phone and eating. Our food was burnt to the point where it was not edible. I ordered bacon and a waffle. My boyfriend ordered pancakes and bacon. The waiter brought out new bacon and it was raw. This is our 4th coming here. The food and the service has only been good once. We kept coming back because I love their drinks. (I suggest the Bellini) never disappoints. The French toast is never fully cooked. always eggy and soggy). at this point we won’t be returning.
I was excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. They seated us at a small table even though the place was not busy. The menu was difficult to read and it took a long time to receive our appetizer, which was a salad. Our dinner took even longer to arrive. They acknowledged the poor service but did not offer any compensation. To top it off, the loud Kenny G music gave me a headache. Overall, we spent too much time in the restaurant and left feeling unsatisfied.
BC Bistro is a lovely restaurant that offers brunch and dinner. Every time I have visited, I have opted for brunch and have always been pleased with the experience. They have a varied brunch menu featuring delicious options such as breakfast pizza and breakfast risotto. The restaurant can get quite busy during brunch, with live music adding to the lively atmosphere, so be sure to make a reservation in advance!
I had dinner with my friends and the food was amazing as always. I ordered the ahi tuna with Wasabi-Mash and it was very good. I would have preferred a little less wasabi in my mashed potatoes, but overall very well done. Our server, James, was very attentive and did not rush us. Thank you, James. You must try the pomegranate margarita, it was delicious and had a nice kick.
This restaurant is a local, family-owned business that serves incredible food, fantastic drinks, and has exceptional staff! A visit here is a must!
The noise level was very high! The service was lacking. I will give it another chance and return to try again.
