I have never experienced such a complete lack of quality from a catering service before. The salads looked like they came from a grocery store and were expired—the lettuce was brown and wilted. The sandwiches contained old deli meat (if you were lucky enough to get any) and cheese that seemed to have been prepared days earlier, lacking basic ingredients like lettuce, tomato, pickles, and avocado. I would give this place a solid -5 stars if I could. I had a sandwich at the US Bank Stadium after noticing a gluten-free sign. I asked three times if the cranberry wild rice bread was gluten-free, and the staff assured me it was, referencing the sign and calling himself the chef. After a few bites, I quickly realized it definitely was not gluten-free. Within an hour, I became violently ill and ended up missing the entire event for which I had purchased expensive tickets. I recently visited this restaurant after enjoying some time at the splash pad with my daughter. When I attempted to order an iced tea, the attendant informed me that there were no drinks available at the moment and then turned their attention back to their phone. I couldn't help but notice several cups with straws on the counter that the staff appeared to be enjoying, and the soda machine behind them seemed to be functioning just fine. Overall, the customer service experience here was quite disappointing.
I've been a patron of this restaurant for years, originally when it was called the old Backstreet Kitchen, and I truly appreciate the new ambiance and menu that came with the change in ownership last summer. I highly recommend trying a different sandwich, hoagie, or wrap on each visit, as I've been consistently impressed with everything I've ordered. Additionally, I’m pleased that Be Graceful now offers catering with box lunches!

I've ordered the chef salad a few times, and I've been very satisfied with it. I'm quite particular about salads because I often make them myself. While the chef salad is relatively simple, it's easy to get it wrong. Nevertheless, each time I've made specific requests for my order, Be Graceful has executed them perfectly, using fresh ingredients, generous portions, and offering great value. So why wait any longer?

The ingredients are fresh, the portions are generous, and they really take care to accommodate special requests. This afternoon, I ordered a Southwest Chipotle Chicken Roll, and I was really impressed with how neatly it was packed and the timely delivery by Foodsby. The flavor was fantastic, and I was pleasantly surprised to find chips included with the meal. The prices are quite reasonable, and I will definitely be ordering again!
My chipotle chicken wrap had just a small smear of chipotle sauce on one end, which made it appear better than some of the other offerings.
Honestly, this establishment should be ashamed for serving such a substandard and potentially harmful product.

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. They completely botched our entire catering order. If you're in search of quality box lunches for catering, I strongly suggest steering clear of this place! What a letdown.
