I am so torn as I really like this place, love its coffee and products and visit it very often usually for coffee or food to go during the weekend or weekdays. I always find the lack of music disturbing but I recently visited the space to work as I thought that it would be a good place to sit and focus on my work but the ladies that work in this place are SOOOOOOOOO loud.. I have never seen anything like it. Even if I was with a friend I would not have been able to chat with them as the two ladies behind the counter were constantly chatting extreeeeemely loudly. Such a shame honestly this should be a place to sit down and relax but NOPE! Only coffee to go moving forward.
I’m kind of torn because I think the food and coffee is great. But I’ve been here 6 or 7 times and despite it being different serving staff each time they’ve almost always been unfriendly to indifferent, barking that the kitchen is closed, snatching away plates and cups before I’ve finished, unsmiling despite me being friendly. I really want that to improve as it’s the local cafe but I come away feeling meh so I shan’t return for the moment.
The place is cute and the coffee is the best you can get on Fortess road. The food is nice, overall it's great but it was really loud because of the children room. The children room is a good idea for those who have children, there are toys the kids can play with, but happy children often scream with joy, or cry. It's understandable but it's not the place to go to relax with your cup of coffee :
I love this place! The bacon roll with sriracha is excellent and their salted caramel brownie is heavenly. Can get really busy and packed with families (they have a play area for kids in the back), but that’s a small price to pay. The staff are also lovely and the coffee is great. Lovely atmosphere and friendly service, also liked that they are family friendly. I had the ginger, lemon, honey, and turmeric shot and WOW did that wake me up! Also lush coffee, and cakes that cater for dairy and gluten allergens.
Great spot but lacks friendly staff. Even a little smile instead of a rude and blunt attitude. Such a shame as there is a lovely woman with blonde hair. The only one I’ve ever had a good exp with.
Wonderful coffee, excellent sandwiches, smoothies. Front is people writing their novels on their ipads, the back is little ones and sticky with small hands. Perfect if you've got a little one.
This is a child friendly place to brunch or have a light lunch. Staff are helpful, food and coffee is great. Those who follow a plant based diet can be happy hear; options!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Coffee tastes like mud and still only takeaway. Can only pay by card and their excuse is Covid. Plenty of coffee houses nearby to welcome in customers and take cash.
