This was my first visit to this lovely little café attached to the gallery in Shrewsbury, and it certainly won't be my last. Although it’s quite small, it has a charming atmosphere. I appreciated my meal, which was a simple panini but expertly prepared. There’s also a cozy outdoor seating area. The furnishings are great, and the staff are very friendly.
A small yet perfectly located café in the heart of Shrewsbury. Their hot sandwiches are a specialty, catering to both vegetarian and vegan customers, as well as meat lovers. This café gets quite busy during lunchtime, and it offers seating both inside and outside, making it well worth a visit. The pie table comes highly recommended as well.
This place must have changed ownership recently. It was awful. Two cups of tea with teabags and a shop bought cake with squirty cream. No wonder we were the only ones in there. There is no way this place had 4 stars a month ago unless its changed hands. Shame it used to be very good Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
We popped into the bear steps cafe on our girls weekend away for a nice lunch. Bear steps appealed to us because of the location and picturesque setting. We found the staff to be rude and unhelpful when they got our order wrong, and will not be returning. Also no toilet facilities. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
On my first visit to Shrewsbury, I accidentally stumbled upon Bear Steps Caffe, and I’m so glad I did! The coffee is amazing, the paninis are really nice, and the staff is super friendly. It’s now one of my favorite spots! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The restaurant is perfectly situated near the church, and the outdoor seating is lovely in the sun. The drinks were served quickly, but the food took a bit longer to arrive. Nevertheless, the meal was enjoyable.
