Une superbe semaine au Belambra de Super-Besse ! Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien et en vacances. Tout d’abord la chambre, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur toute la station et les piste, propre, bien agencée. La restauration avec un buffet très varié que ce soit le matin comme le soir. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les animations familiales permettent à tous le monde d’y trouver son compte. Le bar est propice aux rencontres avec d’autres familles et permet de boire un verre tout en jouant aux jeux de société. Extremely disappointed with the change in policy and service. In 2023 we reserve our stay, possibility of looking after a child of 1 and a half years old without problem at the chick club. There we reserve via the same channel for 2024, I pay, I just call by organization to find out if there are continuous days at the children's club and I am told that this year it must be reserved for a child of 2 years and it costs €390 per week. Let's be serious, it's indecent!! You barely indicate it on the site when booking, no possibility of getting the prices without calling you, it's a cold shower. Paying 1/3 of the price of the stay for that is limiting. We're going to have to cancel...
Super bien, équipe d'animation au top. Chambre et salle de bain satisfaisantes. Local pour les skis très pratique. Proche pistes ski de fond et raquettes. Possibilité de récupérer directement les pistes de ski alpin. Merci à Belambra de participer à la navette en car permettant d'avoir accès au cœur de station et au bas des pistes. Possibilité de réserver à l'hôtel les forfaits de ski alpin et de louer luge et raquette. Bonne cuisine. Excellent séjour, merci à toute l'équipe. Service: 5
Please note, the chick club has become paying 390 euros per week per child. Obviously, there was nothing to indicate when booking. This is a big disappointment for us and we have to cancel our stay. Despite contacting customer service, there was no solution nor the possibility of reserving the club for part of the stay. Too bad, because this area was pleasant and so was the concept of children's clubs and half board. Rooms: Lots of storage but a little dated

Une première pour ma fille et moi et nous avons adoré notre séjour. Certes, la chambre est spartiate mais les services sont de haut niveau. Le buffet est plutôt riche et bien garni. L’équipe d’animation est incroyable, passionnée et engagée. Ma fille de 4 ans a adoré les différentes activités proposées. Bravo à toute l’équipe, nous avons passé une semaine de vacances reussie! Très bon séjour, avec du personnel très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour la moindre question. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre. La restauration est variée avec du personnel aussi agréable. L'ambiance du bar est agréable On s'y sent bien. Je reviendrais passer une séjour avec grand plaisir! Service: 5
