I went here the other night with the Yelp group and... oh my. As a gluten free person, I've definitely visited Bella Italia on a few occasions as it's always somewhere that guarantees a good gluten free meal, and the new restaurant on North Street was no exception. Plus with the new option to replace pasta with spiralized veggies, there are even more reasons for the gluten free community to give this place a visit! If only they had more gluten free desserts. : The atmosphere here is really cool. It's much nicer than the other Bella Italia in town, which often feels crowded and a bit like being in a fishbowl. I also found the staff here to be much nicer and laid back. Will be back for sure!
I'd never been to Bella Italia until a recent Yelp event, and I have to say I was suitably impressed! They now do a range of delicious sourdough pizzas (you know how much I love my sourdough), and offer all of their pasta dishes as a carb free version using spiralised vegetables instead of pasta! YUM! I had a couple of really nice cocktails here, I can't remember the name of one of them but the tuaca and pineapple based one was DIVINE! The Gelato here is also amazing, and imported from Italy! The staff here are fantastic and work really hard. They ensured everyone in my group was catered to. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu, and more of the cocktails.
My party and I arrived at the restaurant on Sunday, February 6th at 2 o'clock. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very clean. We ordered a mojito cocktail, a bottle of red wine, 2 appetizers, and 2 main courses, all for a total of 63 pounds. Our waitress, Monika, provided excellent service. The food was hot and delicious. The restaurant was busy with a constant flow of delivery drivers picking up orders and customers dining in, but there was no sign of chaos or decline in service. Thank you, Monika, for a lovely experience.
Inexpensive and worth it! We got a voucher for 2 drinks, 2 main courses, and 2 small desserts for £20. It was a great deal! The drink options were house wine, beer, or a soft drink. There was a good selection of mains including pasta, pizza, and burgers. I tried the 'make your own' pizza, which was good but could have used more toppings. The desserts were served in shot glasses. I chose the panna cotta, which was supposed to come with cherries but didn't. The panna cotta was tasty and creamy, but I wish it had the cherries. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I highly recommend a visit to this new Bella Italia with their new menu. Gorgeous food, friendly staff and a warm friendly environment and very central. Thank you to Yelp and Bella for giving us the opportunity to taste your wonderful food. My favourite had to be the prawn gamberoni which was delicious and has less calories than a sandwich whoo hoo! They replace the pasta with wonderful vegetables that were shaped like spaghetti and it worked brilliantly!
The food, wine, service, and atmosphere were all excellent at this restaurant. I have been to several Bellas in London, but this one was the best by far. I arrived without a reservation and only had to wait 20 minutes before being seated and served promptly. The staff, especially the beautiful waitress, were attentive and personable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a casual dinner in Brighton.
I visited this restaurant with a group of friends and we all found it to be decent or slightly better than average. The food was tasty, but nothing particularly outstanding. The location is convenient, making it a good option for a quick meal. I would consider returning, but I would expect a straightforward dining experience.
the parking space in the opposite is a challenge, but beautiful zone with many options. we had lunch here. very nice selection of pastas and pizzas. for my fellow citizens they have pfefferoni! both my and my wife's meals were excellent! service was also great. very recommended! The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and fun. The food was delicious, I would recommend trying the calamari for those new to it - it was perfectly cooked. All the dishes were fresh, hot, and affordable. The outdoor seating area had a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommended!
