We spent a very good stay despite some inconvenience. The 4-star hotel is not worth them. As far as the rooms are concerned, the bed linen is of high quality but the rest leaves to be desired: stained sheets and full of hair/poils, rafistolage, the room was far from being impeccable just like the indoor pool that was not very clean. The bathrobe deposited in our room probably had not been washed (sinter smell and stains) The sheets were changed and the bathrobe replaced. Unfortunately the bed was still not impeccable after changing the sheets. On the other hand, a warm and attentive staff welcomed us and accompanied us throughout our stay. It is a very beautiful place that transports us to a beautiful time! The building is beautiful and the decoration as it is. The calm and size of the park are impressive and promise a moment of serenity and connection with nature. The services offered are really top! Too bad for the kayak seen the rain of Thursday morning... but the jacuzzi was a great comfort! The dinner was gourmet with the codes, flavors and quality expected. Breakfast, happiness and a treat! All staff are at the smallest care and ensure the smooth running of the stay. They are pleased to introduce you to the home, make you a cocktail of your choice and advise you. Very beautiful house nestled on a small island; very well maintained and relaxing park. Very charming, old furniture and very welcoming and professional staff. Outdoor heated pools/indoors very pleasant ride by nice bike (no big thing to do however in Pont Audemer, favor the escapades a little further by car). Very good dinner/moment at the gastronomic restaurant (count about 65€ per person). Bémol: the rooms that are not at the height of a 4-star (rafistolages, dated decoration breaking the charm of the house, ageing equipment). Really bad!
Very friendly hotel nestled in the heart of a spacious, pleasant and very well maintained park. The rooms would deserve a little freshness. The services offered are numerous and practical (spa, swimming pool, mountain biking, cayak, written press... . Breakfast is very hearty and has very good quality, salty or sweet products. However, the prices of drinks are very overvalued and prohibitive. I wish to salute the professionalism of staff who adds real added value to this establishment.

A perfect place to let go. Our little stay on the occasion of my Birthday kept all his promises. Congratulations to the chief for the Magic Dinner he contacted us. The weather wasn't with us. We were able to take a walk in your pretty park, but we'll come back to you, it's safe for a sunny stay.
We're very welcome to Belle Isle sur Risle. The staff were very kind and capable, the room is fine, the domain and the building are beautiful and the rich breakfast buffet was the cherry on the pie. We leave with a warm feeling and hope to ever return!
