Very good address on the Crotoy. I discovered a fish I haven't tasted yet, it was perfect! From the kitchen to the accompaniment without forgetting a creamy sauce. We also tasted the Santiagos, cooked to perfection and accompanied by spice bread, an amazing association, but which delights the taste buds.
