4 Nächte mit meinem Sohn und wir haben uns für Halbpension entschieden. Eine weise Entscheidung, denn das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der Service allerdings etwas langsam, dafür immer freundlich und mit einem Lächeln. Die Dame, die das Hotel leitet, war sehr freundlich und hat uns ein schönes Zimmer gegeben. Uns hat die Organisation, die Lage und der Platz gefallen. Einziges Manko war die nahegelegene Kirche mit ihrem läutenden Glocken in der Nacht. Wir lieben Flammen und sind sicher zurückgekommen.
This review is relates to the restaurant as unfortunately there is only one place we cam rate for now... The restaurant is very fancy and food was very tasty! The choice of food was limited though! Service was very pleasent as well! Not expensive but not cheap either... The meatloaf needs to be replaced from the menu probably...(Not bad, but personally the presentation doesn't match the restaurant...
really great hotel perfectly located at the bottom of the main lift the breakfast was beautiful, and the staff was all very helpful and friendly. the rooms are clean and cozy with beautiful warm showers (what they need after a day on the mountain! definitely recommend
Lovely hotel, service is great. Breakfast could use some improvement as only boiled eggs are available (only medium done) I'd be happy to pay an extra for a marvellous breakfast. Room could use some guidance to enter the 21st century as it seems stuck in the 1980's

Save your money and go somewhere else. We had the worst service of our lives! We had never experienced the level of unfriendliness we had experienced today. They were simply rude! The cook came out and yelled at us over some gluten free bread we ordered.
Toller Ort zum Verweilen in Flims. Nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Gondel entfernt. Hervorragende Gastfreundschaft, saubere, schön dekorierte Zimmer und ein exzellentes Frühstück. Wir werden auf jeden Fall bald wiederkommen!! Sehr zu empfehlen!!
Preiswert, hervorragende Lage für Ski-Enthusiasten (am Hafen und 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Basis in Flims entfernt), mit freundlichem Personal, tollem Frühstück und ausgezeichnetem Restaurant. Ich würde auf jeden Fall zurückkehren.

Oh, they know how to cook. Just perfect! Loved the salmon and the Flammkuchen classic we ordered.
