I pre-booked a tablet at Bellini almost 4 hours in advance to my arrival, however upon arrival we was told we needed to take a seat in the bar area until a table became available for us! There was clearly a number of tablets to seat 4 free, however they didn 't think to seat us here to compensate for their mistake/ inconvenience. Upon sitting in the bar area waiting to be seated, I was approached by two different waiters, both asking if we was ready to order. I advised them both that I had already pre-booked a tablet and was not willing to eat on tall bar stools, they said they would 'look into it '. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. I appreciated the wide selection on the menu. The food was served quickly, with minimal wait time between courses. Personally, I would have preferred more Italian music playing in the background, but that's just a matter of taste.
I had an excellent authentic meal here. It all started with the cocktails, followed by a fantastic selection of food and a wonderful wine list. The service was friendly yet not overly intrusive. We felt well taken care of and will definitely be coming back.

I went for an early pre-theater dinner at 5:30 PM, and it was quite quiet at that time. The location is really convenient, just a short walk from the Payhouse Theatre.
