At this pizza place they make the best pizzas in Australia!! - if not anywhere we've been in the world. They are deliciously tasty and made from the best quality ingredients and everything is SO fresh (including the salads). They make their own sauces for the pizzas - which are fantastic! You get a lot of topping (unlike many other places) and all the topping is first class - food and sauce. We have a couple of family members and friends who are gluten free. If they happen to be at our place when we order pizzas, we have found the gluten free base of the pizza to be extremely good. The people making the pizzas, serving them and/or delivering them are extremely courteous and friendly, as well...
Ordered and picked up several pizzas on NYE. This place was pretty much the only pizzeria open in the area (aside from Pizza Hut and Dominoes) which was really great. Service was very friendly and they mentioned special meal deals when I asked. All the pizzas were great, but the Roast Pumpkin pizza was a stand out. We ordered the Firenze based on the photo on their website however it didn't quite look the same, with a few thin strips of cooked basil instead of generous whole fresh leaves in the photo. Nevertheless, the taste was great. My family also enjoyed the Monte Carlo. Limited tables inside but as we took away, this was no problem.
I specified at the time of ordering that I have an allergy to tomatoes. I ordered the Parma and asked for no sun dried tomatoes and garlic sauce and was told it would take 50 minutes. It finally arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes only to find my pizza smothered in BBQ sauce. Lucky they had put so much on, it was running off the sides, so I could see it before I ate it. I called the store who could only offer an insincere apology or to make a formal complaint.If you have any food allergies, my recommendation would be to go to anyone else as these guys either have no clue or just don't care.
Went there with my daughter, son and daughter-in law. We are Italian so know good pizza! The pizzas were tasteless with canned tomato, toppings were minimal. There would have been more flavour in the boxes they deliver them in. I refuse to go to Pizza Hut or Dominos because of their ordinary pizzas but we would have had a tastier meal had we, plus it wouldn't have cost us anywhere near the 80 plus dollars we spent! Took them home because we couldn't eat them and gave some to the dogs, they too turned up their noses and walked away!!

Belmontes have been in Gordon for a long long time, and continue to innovate and create great Pizza. Cooking time is 15 mins, so on very busy nights you may have a 30 min wait as they work through the orders. Very fresh and original flavours on the menu. Friendly and professional staff behind the counter but only seating for about 8 people so it is best for takeaway. Highly recommended.
This is my local go to takeaway pizza place. I've never had a bad pizza from Belmontes and highly recommend to all. The toppings are generous, fresh and they have a nice classic base. There isn't much else to say outside if you are looking for pizza and you are in the area, go here.
Gourmet??? Don't think so. Obviously a cheap takeaway run by young inexperienced staff. Food was mediocre at best. Waited 1hr 45mins for home delivery, had to ring up twice and was lied to about our overdue order. Don't waste your time or your money.
It is take away only. The best pizzas with the best bases. Bases not to thin or too thick, yet crispy. Service always good and willing to accept dietary requirements. They make the best Java (Chicken Satay) pizza with no cheese!!

So good it's ruined me for anywhere else. Delicious fresh toppings in interesting tasty combinations on perfectly thin bases all with friendly helpful service. Sure its more expensive but you get what you pay for!
Ordered a couple of pizzas as delivery on a Monday night. Delivery must have arrived within 30 mins or less. Pizzas were fine, good bases.
