Halfway through our breakfast, I spotted a black hair in my girlfriends plate and pointed it out to her immediately!! Of course we called the waitress, who was polite, and she took her plate saying she would get her another one - but of course she lost her appetite and said NO that won't be necessary...The manager did not even come out to apologize. The waitress then said we won't have to pay for that breakfast (no kidding!) but I lost my appetite also and did not finish my breakfast either...so actually we should have been charged anything...C'mon...it's a $8,99 breakfast..how insensitive...Don't plan to ever come back here again that's for sure!
Ben & Florentine is mostly a breakfast place for those who are not aware. We were a party of 8 but i will review only our dishes (my wife and i). We took the 3 Omelettes - goat cheese (includes spinach and mushrooms) was good and i had the three musketeers (sausages rolled in crêpes covered with cheddar, served with fresh fruit and home fries) - was good too. The service was average (i had asked for water and they just forgot us).Overall an ok place for food/price.
We used to go often for breakfast and the last time we went half way through our breakfast I found a hair...I immediately wanted to vomit...my boyfriend called the waitress and she just starred at us....Hello wake up...I am getting sick. Another waitress came over and apologised and told her to tie up her hair....They did not charged for my plate BUT since then have not gone back...Now we go to Kitchen 73

Took "forever" to get waited on. Could not get an English menu. After waiting over 30 minutes after giving our order we asked the waiter what was happening. He said they were backed up, nothing he could do about it. We waited another half hour and finally walked out after being there an hour.
This breakfast restaurant is definitely one of the better ones of the west island. Quick service and the breakfast dishes are always beautiful. Friendly staff and cute little terrasse outside right by the marche de l'ouest. Lots of parking available.
Located in small shopping centre. Plenty of parking. Staff's always pleasant. Service always expeditious. The coffee is tasty. Perfect quality price for breakfast or brunch. Clean and homey.
Really good breakfast place. Lots of seating. The skillet dishes are amazing. Many healthy choices. Very good value for your money. Good for families with little kids.

Service with a smile. Very good breakfast selection with fresh ideas like Avacado for breakfast ! They also serve lunch.
We waited over an hour and one of our people got his food after the others we done eating! AVOID!!!!
