Stopped for breakfast with my wife The restaurant was busy with a short wait I have eaten here before and actually like the restaurant The waitstaff at this establishment is exceptionable Perhaps the restaurant had an off day but this trip was a disappointment Our food was prepared incorrectly and had to be returned twice You could smell burning food in the restaurant My omelette was the size of a pigeon egg and was undercooked and ill prepared The bacon at first was raw the second time burned and the third time tasted like it had been laying around for a day Perhaps they were shortstaffed in the kitchen or training somebody new The food did not agree with me at all I am giving it two stars...
Walked in with my child. We were assigned a table. We sat there for 10 minutes, I asked the hostess who our waitress was? Didn’t get an answer. A waitress walked by very nonchalantly and said she would be with me shortly, she then returned after another 10 minutes and served the table next to us. We unfortunately got up and left. 20 minutes, she didn’t greet us properly, she didn’t offer us water, she didn’t ask if we want to order beverages and never took our orders...
We were careful And wanted to Sit outside but it was way too Windy and we ended up Inside . The waiter had cleaned all the newly printed menus and I chose the raisin bread French toast with Brie and blueberries! Yum My husband ordered eggs and very crispy bacon with whole wheat bread and coffee , I had a tea . It was very quiet , but we felt safe .
I went there for the first time and was not disappointed. I had a delicious smoothie that was just the perfect size. There are so many choices of good looking, mouth watering dishes. The food was great and really fresh. I did not have such high expectations from a chain, but I was happily surprised!

Took forever to get waited on. Could not get an English menu. After waiting over 30 minutes after giving our order we asked the waiter what was happening. He said they were backed up, nothing he could do about it. We waited another half hour and finally walked out after being there an hour.
Well , Terraces are finally open after some COvid restrictions are lifted ! We wanted to go out for brunch and decided to see if Ben snd Florentine is open and they have a TERRACE ! I ordered an iced coffee and eggs over easy with their yummy fries and very crispy bacon
All your competitors offer to change the meat for mushrooms or beyond meat except this restaurant! Eat meat or nothing very flexible and smart! First and last time in this restaurant
Very nice breakfast or lunch place. Great wait staff. Have had the French toast several times. Always fresh and delicious! Avocado on toast is Aldo a great meal.
