The ice cream: Ben and Jerry?s Of course, her ice cream is great (although my daughter didn't like the Marshmallow Sky Swirl taste? didn't taste like Marshmallow). The service: really not good. I asked for a regular cone (Did the additional costs in Sprinkles). My husband asked for a big Caramel Macchiato Milkshake and got a little. When we checked out, I filled out the frequent customer club form and told her before her rings that I did. I once again said to let it go through (no was behind us). She quickly jumped up and told my husband to float (he was not there when I told her to wait for her) and he typed his card and it went through. I said to her, I only asked you to wait for the code;...
I ordered a vanilla and chocolate ice cream cake with extra peanut topping. However, there was no topping, no peanuts, and it wasn't even vanilla. Instead, they sent me this pink cake! I have no idea what flavor it is! I will never order from them again. I'm so disappointed, and it doesn't even look like the medium-sized ice cream cake (serves 8-10 people) that I ordered.
Caramel is quote famous in New York and around. And I am glad that it is. Ben N Jerry is one place where you can get some really nice caramel Ice Cream. The best part about the Ice Cream is the Caramel chunks inside which are there in almost every bite. The other flavour Milk and Cookies is a decent option too
This is a fantastic spot in the heart of town for enjoying ice cream. It can become quite busy on hot days, with lines forming outside at times. However, the wide range of flavors and toppings makes it a perfect destination. The staff are very friendly, and the shop maintains a tidy and organized atmosphere.
Why is this place open when they seem to have nothing in stock? I asked for a specific item and was told it's unavailable. I ordered three cups of sweet cookies and cream and chocolate fudge brownie for a total of $12.77, but I received just a single cup with a very small quantity.
Visited there numerous times and I personally did not find any issues with service or ice cream. This store is pretty good at managing it's crowd and moving people along at decent pace. The customer service was also friendly but then again, I only go there during not busy times
Usually come here for the milkshake combinations you can make along with there variety of toppings, they never disappoint and stay open relatively late for Hoboken standards. Online ordering and purchasing gift card for this location is smooth and efficient. W
I wanted to get ice, but I had no time and didn't know what to get. Fortunately, the worker was very helpful to find out what I was looking for and offered me samples before I ordered. Rated the patience and loved the ice, always ended Chunky Monkey!
I ordered a sundae, and it didn't resemble the photo at all. The cup was only half full, there was no whipped cream, and there was hardly anything in it. It certainly wasn't worth the price.
