Ben & Jerry's in Hoboken is excellent! The staff is always friendly, and their ice cream is consistently fresh. Before the pandemic, I used to hire the Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream Truck to deliver ice cream, root beer floats, and sundaes to some of my valued clients as a way to show my appreciation for their support. It was a huge success and a fantastic way to stay connected with them during the summer months. What could be better on a hot summer day than having Ben & Jerry's ice cream brought right to your door? I can't wait for the day we can do that again. Stay safe!
I thoroughly appreciate this Ben & Jerry's ice cream shop. They have an extensive selection of flavors, and the ice cream is consistently fresh. They even make their own cones! There are also frozen yogurt options to choose from. Although the shop is small, it’s ideal if you just want to grab your ice cream and head out. Additionally, it's more budget-friendly compared to other ice cream places. We usually opt for one order to share, as the portions are quite generous. The large bucket costs $45!
Caramel is quote famous in New York and around. And I am glad that it is. Ben N Jerry is one place where you can get some really nice caramel Ice Cream. Why is this place even open if they don’t seem to have anything in stock? I asked for a specific item and was informed that it wasn't available. I ordered three cups of sweet cookies and cream and chocolate fudge brownie for a total of $12.77, but only received one cup with a very small amount.
Great place in the middle of town to get an ice cream. The place can get relatively busy quite quickly on hot days however, with the line out the door sometimes. However the variety of flavors and toppings make it an ideal place to eat. The staff are veryfriendly and the shop is quite orderly.
I've been there many times and have never encountered any problems with the service or the ice cream. This place does a great job of managing the crowd and keeping things moving at a reasonable pace. The customer service has always been friendly, but I typically visit during quieter times.

Usually come here for the milkshake combinations you can make along with there variety of toppings, they never disappoint and stay open relatively late for Hoboken standards. Online ordering and purchasing gift card for this location is smooth and efficient. W
