My dad has celiac, and I found this amazing place just before Father's Day this year. The desserts looked just incredible, and I could tell from the customers in there that they are frequent customers, as they knew exactly what they wanted to order. Inaddition to amazing bakery case and fresh items, they also have frozen meals for purchase. While everything is GF, everything isalso clearly labeled dairy free, vegan, or whatever else. The staff were very helpful and kind, even though it was a very busymorning the day before Father's Day. I will definitely visit again!!
It's rare to find delicious gluten-free and vegan options, but this place did not disappoint! I tried the pizza roll (a savory twist on a cinnamon roll) and a heavenly, both of which were vegan. I recommend arriving early for more vegan options. They do a great job labeling their items (dairy-free, gluten-free, paleo, etc.). My friend tried the mock chicken salad and loved it too! I will definitely be back.
We were pleasantly surprised by the less sweet taste of the smoothies, but the baked goods exceeded our expectations. We took home a delicious pot pie that we thoroughly enjoyed. The quiche I tried was so good that I may order a whole one next time. My family will definitely have to try it as well. I am excited to explore more of the items on their menu.
My wife is on a gluten-free diet and it can be challenging to find suitable treats for her. Fortunately, we stumbled upon this bakery in the area and we absolutely love it! My wife has gluten issues and I have been going to this place for over a year. She loves their bacon egg and cheese biscuits, cinnamon rolls and real deal chocolate chip cookies. I have to admit, I can’t believe some of these items are made without gluten. They do taste amazing! It is pricey, but worth it if you have allergies.
I typically enjoy their scones, but today the sausage cheddar one was disappointing. It had a slightly sweet taste, was flatter than usual, and didn't have the usual thickness that I prefer. The cheddar on top also looked different. Considering it costs $5.50, I was not satisfied with the quality.
This restaurant not only offers a bakery, but also has a small section in their lobby with gluten-free options. They even have a deep freezer area where you can purchase cookies and cinnamon rolls to bake at home. It is a favorite spot for those with dietary restrictions.

Yummy discover while passing thru Knoxville. Staff is very friendly and informative. Baked goods are delicious! Items are comparably priced to other dedicated GF bakeries I've been too. Great selection!
