we booked a table a few days ago. eating was not yam, pub food very average. So the service was. when we ordered a beer, our waiter recommended a special brand on special prices for $5.50 a silooner. usual pub food. reconstituted chicken to make huge parmigiana whose size no one really needs to eat. I had a meal here recently with my family. The greating we received from the woman at reception was terrible. I didn't get her name but she was caucasian, black hair, solid build, shortish and about 45-55 years old. She was so rude. Absolutley no...manners or nicety about her. Not a good front for a RSL. Management should pose as a customer and see for themselves. I would have thought RSLs would want all the patrions they can get during this time and going in to the future. I won't let this experience stop me going to other RSLs as my Dad and Granddad were in the services.
recently I went to dinner with my son and his family. I have allergies and the chef was more than accommodating. he made a special court for me. my son and his family were more than happy with their meals. we were so happy with. the service and the food we return next week to celebrate the birthday of my sohne there with the rest of my family. thanks to all the staff.
