However, since the ownership change, even though the former owner is still there, the recipes and menu have been altered. The ramen was quite disappointing; it honestly tasted like instant noodles. When I inquired about the type of broth used, they informed me it’s made from powdered seasoning. I also tried the beef rib ramen, but the ribs were tough—overcooked and very chewy. The broth fell short as well, lacking depth and just tasting salty with MSG. It’s not worth a dime; I definitely wouldn’t recommend the ramen.

I spent $17 on the salmon bento box and left quite disappointed. The flavor was reminiscent of airport food, drenched in sauce that almost completely overwhelmed the bland, boiled salmon. The vegetables were okay, but there were only two small pieces of broccoli, far from sufficient for a proper serving. The salad was acceptable, albeit just basic lettuce. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant or return myself. I'm baffled by the 4-star rating and the positive reviews, considering how unremarkable the food was! The only bright spot was that the owner was friendly.
One of the best dining options near Stockton University! The owner is exceptionally kind and will remember you if you visit more than once. The food is delicious, and they offer a great selection of boba tea. The place has a charming hometown vibe and even sells chocolate bars for a local high school. I particularly enjoy their salmon and tofu boxes, crab rangoon, and the prices are very reasonable. If you're in the Galloway area or attending school here like I did, definitely check this place out!
Paid 17$ for the salmon bento box and it was awful. Taste like airport food, very heavy on the sauce almost to mask the pale salmon which tasted boiled. The veggies were good but it was two pieces of broccoli ???? hardly can call that veggies and thesalad was good but standard lettuce. Overall I would not recommend or be back. I have no idea how they have 4 stars and greatreviews when it was lacklustered! Only plus side was the owner was nice.

My girlfriend and I were searching for a place to have dinner and chose this restaurant based on its reviews. We were not disappointed! To our surprise, the chicken wings were quite large! We received a generous portion and even had leftovers for the next day. We began our meal with spring rolls as an appetizer, followed by the soy garlic wings accompanied by a side of white rice. Everything was delicious!
I had an incredible dining experience. The vegetable bento box featured tempura-style vegetables that were incredibly tasty, accompanied by a fantastic curry. Moreover, the woman at the counter was exceptionally friendly, making our visit truly memorable. I can’t wait to come back! Don’t miss out on trying one of the drink options; the mango slushie was a delightful treat!
The owner is extremely kind. I frequently stop by for a bento box lunch and enjoy sitting at the counter. Today, I needed takeout because my son was at home feeling unwell. She even sent me home with some ginger tea to help soothe his stomach! What a thoughtful gesture!
I really enjoy Bento Mamas! Their food is consistently delicious, and the staff is super friendly. I love stopping by for a quick meal and I will definitely keep returning! My favorite dish is the beef teriyaki bowl (as shown in the picture); I highly recommend it!

I visited the Exchange for the first time today, and I was really impressed! The crab Rangoon was absolutely delicious, and the mango tea was outstanding. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!
