This very creative young couple has made us discover new features such as fresh oysters Fraîches with some pieces of cucumber and ginger very scary in the mouth, followed by oysters and mussels gratined with parsley butter and toasted hazelnuts. A pure pleasure on this wooden terrace on the pond facing Sète. It's simple, friendly and family-friendly. We'll be back at noon.

Tasting of oysters and mussels directly to the producer, in a very beautiful setting, at the edge of the water. The seafood is excellent, we enjoyed the persilted oysters and gratin mussels. The service is very pleasant!
