I've had breakfast daily at this restaurant whilst on my 6 day visit to Brisbane. I've had a continental breakfast daily as it suffices my needs. It is filling and provides enough choice for a healthy start to the day. There's a choice of 4 cereals, 3 types of bread for toasting, croissants and one 1 pastry, cheese, Ham, yoghurt, mixed nuts and a berchli muesli to decide from. There are also homemade pancakes made with the use of a machine which I have found irresistible. For a few dollars more, you can add a hit breakfast of bacon, egg and tomato. The cost is reasonable. I had my wedding here on the 15th of August. The staff ignored us. We were placed in a back room and had to seek servers for water. High Tea was an urn with tea bags. There was 30 people with 1 tier for 10 people 3 in total. Most of my family went hungry including myself. Sandwiches had been left out and were stale. When I asked to speak to the chef staff told me he had gone home that morning after finishing the three tiers. One of my family got food poisoning. Room had no windows and was not air conditioned and was poorly lit. All my elderly family members went home ill from sitting in hot room with no water being served for so long. Staying at the Adina, it was easy for a solo Saturday evening meal to be taken in the restaurant / bar adjacent to the foyer.The staff were good - friendly and attentive. They took my order for the Crispy Pork Belly with a side of fries (what the hell - it's Christmas!) with a smile at the bar. Along with 2 beers, the bill came to over $60.The beer was cold, and so were the fries. The pork belly was nicely cooked, however the crackling was anything but - in fact it was pretty rubbery.No water was offered for the table, and the restaurant was empty except for me and 2 others.That should have been a clue. There are much better places less than five minutes walk away to spend $60.
Last minute booking, we chose the Melbourne cup option with sparkling. Pan Seared Barramundi was sensational, my rump was perfect, I asked for rare and it was delivered exactly correctly on a hot plate. The Lyonnaise Potato was wonderful sweet with caramelised onion all through it.The dessert plate was nice, nothing fantastic, but the main was wonderful.Service was exceptional, sparkling was cold. And a great meal, very good value.

Had Xmas lunch here for $23.50 a head NOT including desert, we had a big group of people - we left hungry as there wasn't enough food for all of us - we were lucky to get a measly portion of veg and a slice of meat each - Very Very dissapointing everyone wants value for money - not the case here!!
A lovely quiet place to catch up. Happy hour most days that leads to dinner. Small menu but cooked superbly. Seems to be popular not only with guests but with the foot traffic going past
I was staying at the Adina and the Berkley is on the first floor of the hotel. Not only was it a very convenient option, it also provided a delicious dinner in a very enjoyable setting.
we had a quiet table by the window which was lovely and we could watch the shoppers go by. The food was wonderful and delivered in an appropriate time frame.

Great food, timely and reasonable size proportions. Not an extensive menu but delicious. I ate here for 5 days.
Table service poor, used plates and cutlery weren't removed from the table as we consumed breakfast.
