Excellent discovery that this bakery/pastry known via a Youtube channel. They're a gold medal for the kougelhopf, and by the way we got there around 10am, they were already out of stock. Everything's home and we even have a view of the workshop from the street. They make caterers as well as for people passing through very good original sandwiches and homemade like chicken mushrooms. I discovered langhopf, a kind of kougelhopf in length, scented to cinnamon with dry fruit and a thick cinnamon glazing. I can't wait to taste the Chinese, big compact brioche with almond powder. The almond crescent is more with a brioche dough. Besides Mommenheim is right next to the highway that goes to Strasbou...
We wanted to thank the manager for his generosity. Beyond having a knowledge to do as a baker, it's a good person who touched us on a 24/12.We made 1 hour's drive to see the bakery and to taste this famous kouglof but unfortunately it was closed.Disappointed, we took pictures of the bakery when we saw the manager who was going to leave, when we told him that we were disappointed that it was closed, A gesture that touched us, Marseillais...
