This restaurant took a turn for the worse under the new ownership. The bagels no longer have the same consistent quality they once did, and the sandwiches are quite disappointing. Each time I visit, they're out of almost every type of bagel. The last time I went, they only had two plain bagels available. On a previous visit, I arrived early in the morning, and they only had garlic bagels left—no other flavors at all. Also, is it still drive-thru only?
As a Long Island resident, I was disappointed during my recent visit after a few years. The egg bagel I ordered was not what I expected; it seemed like a stale plain bagel from the previous day. The eggs were rubbery and barely there. This experience was really subpar, especially coming from a New York transplant. In the past, I used to get food here frequently, and it was always exceptional. I'm not sure what went wrong. Please do better!
Went to give this place a try because of all the ny 'ers that claim they were great bagels! Born and raised in ny. Lived there my whole life and these are not even close to the left over bagels that ny has at the end of the day that have been sitting out all day, and the lady that took our order was super short and rude. Fresh bagels with a perfectly crunchy exterior and a soft interior, just as they should be, all at a great price. If you're looking for a wider selection, it's best to arrive early; we visited at 11 a.m. and found that most of the bagels and fillings were already sold out. Please note that it's drive-thru only. I have to admit, I was initially quite skeptical about this place. I'm not usually a fan of restaurants that claim to be the best in town. However, I was proven wrong. These bagels are amazing! The dough is perfectly chewy, and there's just the right amount of cream cheese to satisfy my love for it.
This restaurant only offers drive-thru service, so you can't choose your bagels. They were low on nearly every type of bagel available. I ended up spending $17.46 for six bagels and cream cheese, but I had to throw them away because they weren't fresh. They tasted like they were a day or two old.
Sandwich was really just okay. Bagel was fresh but I've had much better. They don't state on Google or the website but are drive thru only right now.

This is an excellent local spot for the best breakfast sandwich or bagel I can find in town.
