Went to have dinner on February 15 with my husband and kids… poor service… and on top of that they charge me double!!! Very DISHONEST people!!! Tried to pay with a prepaid card and they said it was declined but they charged me $69.57 on that one then I paid with my debit card $69.57 $12.52 tip. Didn’t notice they charge double until few days later. Call them a couple of times trying to get my $69.57 back but they refuse to reimburse!!! Then tried to cancel the $89.09 transaction which the bank denied because they refuse to accept their mistake. Put transactions photos for reference! Be careful when they say your card has been declined!
I returned for a dine-in experience, and I must say, the service was fantastic and the food was even better! I ordered the thin steak, beef jerky, and a peach drink. Everything was made with love and was absolutely delicious! Wow, BETTY can really cook! As a Chinese person, I find myself completely in love with this Bolivian cuisine. My Bolivian mother-in-law picked up some salteñas and peanut soup; the salteñas were packed with meat and generously sized, bursting with flavor and clearly made with a touch of Betty’s love. I will definitely be coming back for more!
It's the first time I went there, the food was very delicious but the attention and the cashier treated us very badly for not leaving the complete tip that I was missing about 2 dollars. They told me that in that store it is MANDATORY to leave the complete tip (amount that they put and that simply if he didn't have the full amount, he shouldn't go out to eat anywhere, he told us that, among other very horrible things, which I have recorded. And he also told us not to eat there again, and he threw all the money in the table
Great food and a pleasant atmosphere! However, I noticed that during lunch, they only offer peanut soup and chairo, which seems to be the case almost every day. I think this is a small detail that needs to be addressed. I've been going almost daily, but I'm starting to get tired of these two soups. I hope they consider changing the menu soon! The place has great food that is unlike anywhere else. We try and stop in a few times of year. Options can be served as a breakfast, brunch or dinner. Highly recommend. The silpancha is our go to but everything always looks great.
We loved the service and the food, except that to save time I got up from the table to order salteñas to take away and when I returned they took my half-eaten plate away, they are supposed to ask before removing a service…
The food is delicious, the service is good. It's a shame that the cashier is a despot with no grace to serve, thank goodness he's not a waiter otherwise the restaurant would go bankrupt.
The silpancho was great as well as the salteñas great price, and the employees were so friendly and gave great recommendations about which food is good to

Have been coming here for a number of years now and the food is always amazing. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and some delicious Silpancho!
Just a heads up—be careful. I found something unexpected in my Salteña today while I was reheating it.
